Jill and David designed their new home and had it built on the wonderful property they owned on Anastasia Island right on the Intracoastal waterway and across from historic downtown St. Augustine, Fl. With special touches like no harsh angles, all were rounded, the living space needed to reflect their style and taste and be welcoming to guests. 

Jill specifically requested real, natural materials such as real leather, solid wood, and natural fabrics. She wanted comfortable furnishings that maximized the beautiful view of the water. After several iterations, we settled on two very unique recliners. the frames are made of wood with a custom dark leather choice. The sofa has low arms and comfy back cushions and we used natural leather. Then we added a matching loveseat in the same natural leather. Next, instead of a true table, we opted for a large square ottoman with a solid wood frame, a tray below, and a patterned fabric that reflected the leathers in the room. We used that same fabric and pull two throw pillows to the sofa, along with two additional pillows with a natural linen fabric. Finally, we added a natural jute area rug with a large blue color border to complement the existing colors in the space.
